They are available to you and the authorised Insta Green Energy / Pllana Ventures review team. Enquiries are recorded for team follow-up; no automated email or social posting is enabled.

Publication choices

A separately consented summary with Energy review and Pllana Capital pre-approval may appear on this site. Contact details, exact parcel references, assumptions and evidence remain private. Workspace records and evidence require authentication.

Separate Capital consent permits the approved revision snapshot and verified email to enter Pllana Capital’s private intake. Original evidence files remain here. The same verified-email owner creates a Capital draft; Capital diagnostics, evidence, human approval, membership and agreed fees govern any marketplace publication. Editing or withdrawing a source proposal does not automatically change a previously transferred Capital record.

Calculation scope

The EUR screening model uses partner-supplied inputs. Solar MWp DC × specific yield gives annual MWh before the separately stated additional loss / curtailment allowance. Net MWh × realised electricity price gives solar receipts. Incremental storage contribution must be net of charging purchases, foregone solar sales and variable cycling costs to avoid counting the same energy twice.

Operating cash subtracts the stated operating costs from solar receipts and incremental storage contribution. Debt service is shown separately. Budget includes stated development costs and contingency. The ratio of operating cash to budget is a simple screening measure, not an investor IRR or a promised return.

Detailed dispatch, multi-year degradation, augmentation / replacement, tax, financing, reserves, grid restrictions, PPA conditions and merchant risk require specialist review. Nothing here constitutes a binding investment, permit, guarantee or financial transaction. No payments are collected.
